Lynne & Scott, Today I read all of the posts from Dec. 8 until now, and am rejoicing in God's incredible grace and goodness!! I just cried as I think about how precious Gwen is and how the Lord has known all along the precious family He wanted her to be a part of. Thank you for giving all of us another way to turn back into praise the blessings He is pouring out on you! We can't wait to meet you, Gwen, and to see you with your brothers and sister! We sent this on to Amanda & Matt, and they, too, rejoice with you! --Linda & Doug
I barely type as my tears are blocking the keyboard. We so rejoice with you and have very much appreciated sharing each moment of Gwen's adoption. Your trip to China has brought back so many memories for me. You will never forget this trip nor will you forget how it felt to hold Gwen for the first time. Even more important will be your memories of all the immediately answered prayers that you will experience on this trip!! God is so amazing. love, jo-ann
We adopted our youngest child, Gwen, from the Sichuan province in China in 2005, making our family SIX. In 2007, we were given the opportunity to move to Shanghai, where we lived for just a few weeks shy of five years. Now we are back in the Chicago area and readjusting to life in the US!

This must be a "Gwen" thing! My Gwenny does this with Daddy's shoes too! How precious! :)
